In my keynote 26 Jan 2011 at OOP I a fairy-tale why the change towards Agile Development and Lean Management somewhat get stuck in organisations.
I asked and demanded for leadship in all areas. Hey folks, if we really want to work in successful companies and within a motivating working environment - this is our game, we have to play the ball, we have to show leadership.
